Day one will be an Introduction to Nonviolent Communication by Christa Morf. You will enhance your skills to express yourself honestly and clearly without blaming or judging as well as improve your ability to hear others with empathy.

Days 2 and 3 with Jonia Mariechild, M.S., will focus on deepening the NVC practice as it applies to healing trauma. Jonia’s work focuses on awareness in the body/mind.
